Return & Refund Policy

At Caramel Fashion, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in its original condition
  • with tags attached
  • in the original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet our return eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
